P3 are actively recruiting FAA-certified pilot contractors and instructors for new projects throughout Florida and the United States, in all industries and business sectors. Requirements
• Be at least 25 years of age.
• Be able to read, write, and converse fluently in English.
• Obtain at least a third-class FAA medical certificate.
• Received log ground training from an authorized instructor or completed a recognized home-study course.
• Successfully completed a practical (flight) test given as a final exam by an FAA inspector or designated
pilot examiner as specified in the FAA’s Private Pilot Practical Test Standards.
• A minimum of 100 hrs. of flight instruction and solo flight time combined.
Responsibilities P3 Aerial Specialists
• Primarily responsible for small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS) colloquially known as drones, to
operate, observe, monitor, gather, interpret, and aggregate data for assessment, surveying, and inspection needs for application in all industries.
• Operating as a P3 Aerial Specialist (remote pilot) in command of an unmanned aircraft.
• Pre-flight planning.
• Post-flight data management and operational paperwork.
• Assisting in the maintenance and preparation of flight equipment.
• Preparation and application of risk assessments.
• Understanding & defining risk mitigation: P3 best practices, protocols and standards
• Learn the P3 risk management context of the organisation describes as well as risk control parameters, methods, and plans currently in place for risk management activities.
• Onsite customer contact.
• Involves regular outdoor work.
• Writing reports and report content.P3 Aerial Specialist Instructors
• Coordinates the development and delivery of P3 training programs and related materials in support of customer training objectives.
• Establishes and reviews course content and objectives.
• Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
• Maintains records of training activities; participant progress; and program effectiveness.
• Updates course documentation on a regular basis to ensure timelinessand relevance.
• Conducts; assesses; and reviews course performance and delivery: generates and reviews weekly, monthly and annual reports.
• Assigns and reviews certification and qualification plans based on dynamic analysis of gaps in capabilities.
• Lead / Subject Matter Expert supports course reviews; updates curriculum; and providing feedback and tracking of items; conducts training analysis; and recommendation for course improvement.
• Shall support pilot course review and gap analysis and provide review and recommendations to revise and correct training gaps.
• Prepares; reviews; and develops P3 lesson plans and instructor guides.
